In 2022 I decided that quitting my career of over 40 years and living life as a unconventional nomad made complete sense. Now here we are several years later and … it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
We live in a 30′ converted school bus, a “skoolie” named The Huckleberry. It’s been across the US more times than I can count, and even spent months traversing all of Baja California.
And when we’re not in the bus, we’re slow traveling the world, usually living out of a backpack and staying in hostels. Because as I mentioned, I quit my job and kinda live on a fixed income these days. 😇
As 1990s cliche as it sounds, I am also a certified Life Coach, specializing in helping others find the life that they want and deserve.
For those who have never talked to one of us, we don’t have any answers. You do. And it’s our passion to help you discover what lies inside you already. To probe possibilities and plan for your ultimate goals. To get you where you need to be.

When I switched from Software Engineering all those years ago, I decided to embrace my creative side. I started making YouTube videos. Which then led to my other passion, the written word.
I write for Medium and other publications and really have a deep desire to understand how humans work, and then to share what I find. Especially surrounding this unconventional life I’ve chosen.
